Wanna hear a crazy story?
On my last day in Hong Kong, I got a random fever that came out of nowhere. It was like the swine flu and bird flu wrapped in one. It was so intense, I had to cancel my flight back home and stay another night, and I found out that the flight I was originally booked was canceled anyway due to a fire. So nuts. I guess my guardian angel didn’t want me leaving Hong Kong that day!
Anyway, I finally made it to Kimpton Everly Hollywood, which I’ve been dying to check out.
While I did arrive safely, I was super sick the entire time and literally spent the entire stay inside my room. But it definitely wasn’t a bad hotel to be sick in. Super comfy, loved that there was Netflix / Hulu on the TV and they even sent me up soup. Super sweet of them.
