I figured I’d see some other stuff and come back around 4 pm when most restaurants are quiet. The Hattie B line was longer because fate said earlier “no more fried food for you.” Anyway, I really only had an hour before I had to meet friends, so I ran over to Party Fowl, which also specializes in Nashville hot chicken (clearly, fate and I don’t have the same vision).
Party Fowl has a laid-back, party vibe, and the hot chicken was good (there was also a significant wait time here) and definitely worth the wait for crispy, crunchy, medium-hot (I’m so boring, I know), juicy chicken.
Short post but moral of the story: prepare to do a lot of Facebook browsing while you wait in line for Nashville hot chicken.
