I started a 7-day meditation program, and the first thing I learned is that I’m at the computer too much, so I promptly went on a digital detox.
It’s been a whirlwind three days since I’ve checked into Ananda Spa in the Himalayas.
Three days in, I’ve identified my stressors, woke up to monkeys, received a daily spa treatment and have taken private meditation classes with a master (today, I had an outer body experience… more to come on that later).
