As I mentioned in my last post, I’ve had zero time at the computer on my trip to India this week, but I carved out a sec to download photos of my food journey. Take a look at some of the best meals I experienced in both Goa and Mumbai. It’s all about the India food moments!
Bombay Canteen in Mumbai. I’ll write a longer story on this specific restaurant. It’s helmed by Hussain Shahzad, who worked at Eleven Madison Park in NYC.
Nostalgia in Goa was an amazing space. I’ll do another piece with images of the restaurant.
Spice Goa was unarguably our best lunch.
We got a demonstration of traditional Poee bread in Goa. The bread was piping hot out of the oven.
Another Bombay Canteen dish. This is the red snapper ceviche.
Loved all my food moments in India!
