Helping you “save skin” in our new YouTube video

I recently wrote a story on how hotel room bathroom amenities are terrible for your skin, and it got such great response, I decided to do a short YouTube video.

In the video, I go into a little more detail about hotel bath products, and I mention specific brands that only put chemicals and other harsh ingredients in those little bottles (like parabens and sulfates). Don’t use these products! When it doubt, read the label. If you can’t pronounce any of the words or they’re super long, indicating a chemically engineered ingredient, you shouldn’t be putting it on your skin.

I recommend bringing your own in-room toiletries, or if you’re staying at a luxury resort, it’s OK using the products in the spa (most of the time).

Anyway, check out the video below and tell me your thoughts!
