Hoi An has drawn travelers for centuries with its lantern-lit canals, centuries-old architecture, and rich culinary scene. The city now offers a fresh lodging choice that aligns with those same qualities. Hilton has opened the NHAAN Resort & Spa Hoi An, a Tapestry Collection property positioned along the Co Co River in Cam Thanh Village.

Design and Setting

The 174-room resort was created by Vietnamese architect Vo Trong Nghia with an emphasis on natural materials and local craftsmanship. Lush gardens, abundant daylight, and elements such as handmade pottery and textiles appear throughout the public spaces and guest rooms. The name itself combines the Vietnamese words for home and peace, reflecting the intent to give visitors a grounded connection to the surrounding area. The property sits outside the busiest sections of the UNESCO-listed Old Town yet remains close enough for easy access. Its riverside location provides a quieter base while still placing guests within reach of Hoi An’s markets, temples, and waterfront.

Dining Choices

Four distinct outlets cover a range of meals and moods. Keng Restaurant serves Vietnamese and international dishes throughout the day. Plait Restaurant focuses on seafood in a riverside setting. A café shifts into a cocktail bar after dark, and a poolside venue handles casual bites and drinks. These options allow guests to stay on site for most meals or venture into the city when they prefer. The variety supports both short visits and longer stays without requiring frequent travel for food.

Activities and Wellness

The resort organizes hands-on classes in pottery throwing, lantern making, and Vietnamese wood carving. Bicycle tours explore the historic center, while a craft-focused kids’ club keeps younger guests occupied. The Efoea Spa & Health Club offers treatments, and a swimming pool provides relief from the region’s heat. These experiences tie directly into Hoi An’s living traditions rather than generic resort programming. Parents can balance family time with personal relaxation, and solo travelers or couples can choose activities that match their interests.

Booking and Access

Standard nightly rates begin at $76. Hilton Honors members can redeem stays from 20,000 points per night. The low points threshold makes the property accessible for members who have accumulated modest balances. Alexandra Murray, Hilton’s area vice president and regional head of South East Asia, noted that Vietnam remains a strong market and that the new resort expands lifestyle options in the country while reflecting local heritage. The opening adds a points-friendly choice in a destination already popular with international visitors seeking both culture and comfort.
