I checked into Palmaia, The House of Aia, in Playa del Carmen – Take a look

I always travel somewhere for my birthday, and it’s common I’ll go south of the border to Mexico. This year, I invited 11 friends to celebrate with me at Palmaia, The House of Aia, a new, luxury all-inclusive resort in Playa del Carmen, Riviera Maya, Mexico.

Palmaia is brand new (the all-inclusive resort opened December 14, 2019), so we’re also celebrating the resort opening, too. While the all-inclusive concept here is typical (all F & B included), the resort strives to be different by catering to a younger, holistic-minded clientele who seeks wellness and a little spirituality in their vacations.

I love the staff uniforms btw : )

The resort is right on the quiet side of Playacar, so it feels even more private.

Rooms have swim-up suites. Ruby obviously loves it!
