Four Seasons Launches Naples Beach Club on Florida’s Iconic Gulf Coast

Summer on Florida’s Gulf Coast just got an upgrade. Four Seasons has officially opened reservations for its stunning Naples Beach Club resort, set to debut in October 2025. This oasis of coastal luxury sits on a sprawling 125-acre grounds, stretching 1,000 feet of white-sand beach in charming Old Naples.

The resort revives the beloved 1946 Naples Beach Hotel & Golf Club with a modern twist. Guests will find a striking blend of historic elegance and contemporary comfort across its 220 accommodations, ranging from beachfront rooms and ocean-view suites to spacious cottages, all designed for indoor-outdoor living and Gulf-view sunsets.

Dining options promise to delight. The property retains two local legends, HB’s and Sunset Bar, now infused with new design sensibilities and beachside flair. Plus, the new oceanfront Merchant Room debuts under the culinary direction of James Beard Award–winner Gavin Kaysen, marking his first restaurant outside the Midwest.

Already making waves is the resort’s lively Market Square, home to a four-lane bowling alley, rooftop lap pool, private cinema, and soon-to-arrive sports gastropub The Wager—a fabulous mix for families and groups looking for both relaxation and fun.

Wellness, Water, and Florida Sun

Water lovers will feel right at home. With exclusive e-bikes free to guests, effortless biking around town is part of the fun. On-site, expect kayak and paddleboard access, plus private charters around Marco Island and the “10,000 Islands.” Anglers will appreciate the resort’s inshore and offshore fishing partnerships, with charters available for seasoned and first-time fishers alike.

The resort also houses a two-level spa, 24-hour fitness center, tennis courts, and a forthcoming Tom Fazio signature golf course, now scheduled to open in 2026.
