Review: Miracle Sea Buckthorn Juice For On-The-Go Travel

Playa Del Carmen Beach Palmaia Resort

Mia Natural Inc recently introduced its debut line of organic, multivitamin juices that feature the sea buckthorn berry: Miracle Sea Buckthorn. The superfood drink is rich in antioxidants and known to be highly energizing, which is great for travelers who are on the go, need a morning snack or plan to take a long road trip.

Sea buckthorn is a plant that historically has been used to make traditional medicines in Central Asia. Its leaves and flowers are known to treat arthritis and skin rashes.

The plant’s leaves contain Omega 7, vitamin C, vitamin B12, amino acids and a ton of antioxidants. For those who drink it, the company Mia Natural Inc suggests it can improve blood pressure, lower cholesterol, and boost immunity.

Miracle Sea Buckthorn Review

These juices are created with the golden sea buckthorn berry, mixed with organic fruits and vegetables, and merged together with pure mineral water from the Italian Alps. The line consists of six drinks, each with different purposes, and I was excited to try them out. I loved that they were low calorie and no sugar, which is what I generally try to stick to in my regular diet.

The first Miracle Sea Buckthorn flavor I tried was the Pre and Post Workout Support named Perform. At first sip, I wasn’t expecting such a watery consistency and it didn’t taste as nice as I was expecting. But, I gave it a shake and took another sip. I’m glad that I did because it really wasn’t a bad taste after I knew what to expect.

After drinking it, personally, I would say that the beverage is more of an acquired taste, something I think my mom would actually love. It’s like when I have a protein shake—I don’t really love the taste, but I know it’s good for me, so it’s worth getting used to. Of course, once I got used to it, I loved it. Same thing with protein shakes. I really just want them all the time.

Also, I definitely noticed a change in my energy, with all six of the juices actually. I was able to get more reps in my workouts than usual. I was genuinely surprised I could feel the affects of the sea buckthorn so fast. I definitely will take these with me for early morning flights. I also do long road trips, and I can see how this is a great snack as well as pick-me-up.

I guess miracles can come from berries!
