These Are The 19 Countries With *No Cases* Of Coronavirus

As of March 26, 2020, there are only 19 countries in the world with no reported cases of coronavirus. This is out of the 195 countries/UN member states in the world, meaning 176 countries out of 195 have at least one confirmed case of COVID-19.

The 19 COVID-19 free countries (in alphabetical order) are:

  1. Botswana
  2. Burundi
  3. Comoros
  4. Kiribati
  5. Lesotho
  6. Malawi
  7. Nauru
  8. North Korea (coastal)
  9. Palau
  10. Samoa
  11. São Tomé and Príncipe
  12. Sierra Leone (coastal)
  13. South Sudan
  14. Tajikistan
  15. Tonga
  16. Turkmenistan
  17. Tuvalu
  18. Vanuatu
  19. Yemen (coastal)

Notice the destinations are mostly island nations and coastal nations, as well as 7 landlocked countries.  At initial glance, they are countries that don’t get a lot of tourism, due to low tourism infrastructure or limited flights.

Peter Wade on Quora has been keeping on top of the numbers, as well as ranking the countries based on how safe they are. Click here to check out the safest countries and most dangerous countries on the list.
