The 6 new 1-bedroom townhouses, transformed from a historic, early 19th-century brick row house, are situated directly adjacent to the hotel along a tree-lined street in Georgetown, offering guests a home-away-from-home experience as well as an authentic feel to what luxury living in Washington D.C. feels like for a resident.

Local interior designer Thomas Pheasant imagined the look and feel of the townhouses. All six accommodations have elegant details, including crown molding and pilasters, and the spaces are outfitted with luxury, high-end furnishings and amenities, including marble fireplaces, four post beds, fine linens and chandeliers.
