Rosewood Washington D.C.’s new residential-style townhouse accommodations are officially open for reservations today.
The 6 new 1-bedroom townhouses, transformed from a historic, early 19th-century brick row house, are situated directly adjacent to the hotel along a tree-lined street in Georgetown, offering guests a home-away-from-home experience as well as an authentic feel to what luxury living in Washington D.C. feels like for a resident.
Each of Rosewood Washington D.C.’s six new townhouses have a private entrance, terrace and an outdoor courtyard. The townhouses sprawl approximately 1,000 square feet over four stories, ensuring plenty of space and making them idea for extended stays or weekend getaways.
Each townhouse offers a king bedroom, a living space with sleeper sofa, spa-like bathrooms (1 full with separate tub and 1 three-quarter bathroom in each accommodation), spacious eat-in kitchens with Nespresso and views of Georgetown.
Local interior designer Thomas Pheasant imagined the look and feel of the townhouses. All six accommodations have elegant details, including crown molding and pilasters, and the spaces are outfitted with luxury, high-end furnishings and amenities, including marble fireplaces, four post beds, fine linens and chandeliers.
Guests can expect curated works of art and photography from local artists, a mini bar and twice-daily housekeeping service.
The unveiling of these townhouses comes at a time more travelers are looking for private accommodations that help them stay socially distanced during the pandemic.
Rosewood D.C.’s new townhouses were announced in October 2018 as part of an ongoing, multi-year renovation.
Rates average $1,100 per night.
Rosewood is currently offering a “Stay two nights, receive a complimentary third night” deal. Guests must stay a minimum of three consecutive nights and travel between now and December 19, 2020. The package includes a $50 hotel credit per night.
