Most of the hotels are bookable immediately on AmexTravel.com, while a small number will appear in the coming days.
Examples include ESPACIO Nagoya Castle in Japan, Selman Marrakech in Morocco, ROKI Queenstown in New Zealand, and Casa Lucia, Melia Collection in Argentina. Other notable entries are Fontainebleau Miami Beach in Florida, Moana Surfrider in Hawaii, and Six Senses London in the United Kingdom. The selection reflects a deliberate effort to match the preferences of premium cardmembers.
How Properties Are Chosen
American Express evaluates each hotel against required and preferred criteria based on what its premium cardmembers value most during travel. The process determines whether a property fits Fine Hotels + Resorts, the luxury tier, or The Hotel Collection, the curated premium selection. Portfolio changes occur regularly as hotels join or depart according to cardmember interest and program standards.

Which Cards Provide Access
Access depends on the specific American Express card a member holds. The Hotel Collection is available to holders of the American Express Platinum Card, Business Platinum Card, Gold Card, Business Gold Card, and the Centurion Card. Fine Hotels + Resorts is limited to the Platinum Card, Business Platinum Card, Corporate Platinum Card, and Centurion Card.
The Hotel Collection requires a minimum stay of two consecutive nights for benefits. Fine Hotels + Resorts has no such minimum. Some cards also provide annual hotel statement credits for prepaid bookings through these programs, with enrollment required in most cases.
